Why Become a Client?

If you are interested in becoming a CARD Client, all you need to do is sign up here, call or email one of our offices.  You can then choose to have a follow-up call or virtual meeting with a case manager who can help you access resources in our community that will be helpful to you, or your child and your entire family.  You will need to provide documentation confirming the eligible diagnosis for you or your family member.

Why become a CARD Client? By becoming part of CARD, you will have access to:

  • Individualized Consultations
  • Guidance and support within the South Florida Autism Community
  • Support for school age children; school observation and recommendations for accommodations/support, assistance with the IEP process and much more.
  • Support Groups for parents, grandparents, adults with ASD, teens and siblings.
  • Access to recreational activities which are important to assist your child in engaging in positive social interactions with peers, and to learn and practice social, communication, play, academic and self-help skills across a variety of settings.
  • An assigned case manager who will assist with school and therapeutic options in order to help you individualize programming to best meet your child’s needs.
